개인정보 처리방침

EarLog (이하 "앱")는 이명(tinnitus) 자가 기록과 마스킹 사운드를 제공하는 앱입니다. 앱은 어떤 개인정보도 수집하거나 외부로 전송하지 않으며, 모든 데이터는 사용자 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다. 앱에는 서버가 없습니다.

1. 수집하지 않는 정보

• 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보
• 사용자 계정 (로그인·회원가입 시스템 없음)
• 위치, 연락처, 사진, 마이크 등 민감 권한 — 앱은 마이크를 사용하지 않습니다
• 광고 식별자·추적 정보 (광고·분석 SDK 없음)

2. 기기 내부에서만 처리되는 정보

다음 정보는 기기 내부(iOS SwiftData·앱 그룹 저장소)에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다:

• 사용자가 입력한 이명 강도(0~10), 귀 위치, 메모
• 마스킹 사운드 재생 시간
• 앱 설정 및 구독 상태 캐시

3. Apple 건강(HealthKit) 데이터 — 읽기 전용

사용자가 허용한 경우에만, 앱은 다음 건강 데이터를 읽기 전용으로 가져와 이명 기록과 함께 표시합니다:

• 주변 소음 노출 (Apple Watch가 자동 기록)
• 헤드폰 음량
• 수면 시간

앱은 건강 데이터에 어떤 것도 기록하지 않으며, 건강 데이터를 기기 밖으로 전송하지 않습니다. 권한을 거부해도 수동 기록 기능은 전부 사용할 수 있습니다. PDF 내보내기는 사용자가 직접 실행하는 경우에만 사용자가 선택한 곳으로 공유됩니다.

4. 결제

구독·구매는 Apple App Store(StoreKit)가 처리하며, 앱은 결제 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.

5. 의료 고지

귀로그는 의료기기가 아니며 진단·치료·예측 목적이 아닙니다. 표시되는 정보는 참고용이며 의학적 판단을 대체하지 않습니다.

EarLog ("the app") provides tinnitus self-tracking and masking sounds. The app collects no personal information and transmits nothing off your device. All data is processed on-device. The app has no server.

1. What we do not collect

• No personally identifiable information (name, email, phone)
• No accounts — there is no login or sign-up
• No location, contacts, photos, or microphone access — the app does not use the microphone
• No advertising identifiers or tracking (no ads, no analytics SDKs)

2. Data processed on-device only

Stored locally (iOS SwiftData / App Group container), never transmitted: your tinnitus ratings (0–10), ear side, notes, masking-sound playback time, app settings.

3. Apple Health (HealthKit) — read-only

With your permission, the app reads — read-only — environmental noise exposure (recorded automatically by Apple Watch), headphone audio levels, and sleep duration, and shows them alongside your ratings. The app writes nothing to Health and never sends health data off the device. If you decline, all manual features still work. PDF export is shared only when you explicitly trigger it, to a destination you choose.

4. Payments

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by the Apple App Store (StoreKit). The app never sees your payment details.
